How long does shipping usually take?

I screenprint every piece I make myself, most of the time with no help. Therefore, most items usually ship out 2-3 weeks after purchase. I am in the process of trying to scale up my operation, we recently moved into a bigger studio with better equipment, so ideally at some point i'm looking to get things out within a week :)

Refund Policy

I usually refund on a case by case basis.

If the item hasn't shipped out yet, and you would like a refund, reach out to me and I will do that for you.

If you are unhappy with the size, send the package back to me and I will either swap it out for a new size, or provide a refund.

If there is something wrong with the garment, and it's my fault, I will provide a refund.

I get this one a lot, and I can confirm, that yes I am a Lizard person, and I design and make every shirt with my little Lizard hands.
